All renovation success stories have the same theme: the renovation was exactly what the client wanted or exceeded their expectations. The renovation was on budget or very close to the budget the client had received after the planning stage of the renovation process. The contractor was respectful of the client’s home/building and their space. The renovation was finished in a timely manner. All of this may sound easy to do, but this is where most of our competition fails in one way or another.
